I just bought the Podmaxx 09, and I have an iTunes Touch with the iPhone software downloaded to it.  Whenever I plug my iPod in, and run Podmaxx, I get an error message that says : Application has generated and exception that could not be handled Process ID= 0x15c4 (5572), Thread ID=0x1748(5960).  It also does not recognize my iPod.  Can anyone help me out with this issue?

I have the same problem after I unplugged my ipod without clicking eject ipod. will be interested in your solution.

I can't get any one to respond from this company. good luck. I am returning this product for refund and lodging a complaint. Hopefully they will stop carring this line.

Just would like to direct your attention to a thread called "Application Error" in another section of this forum. There is no resolution - people have been waiting since the summer for a promised "update" that was going to fix this problem, but even the tech support people have stopped posting. Do yourself a huge favor, and quit while you're ahead. If you bought your software at a retail location TAKE IT BACK. There are other people posting to this forum who have had to wipe their entire hard drives, and lost all their music and video files because of the Podmaxx thing. They can't sync their iPods/iPhones because they will lose everything. This seems to be a huge ripoff. I couldn't get it work either, THEN found this whole forum FULL of people who have been completely scr*wed by Podmaxx. Sorry.

no one is responding yes I am going to take it back I brought my copy from microcenter

I unfortunately I had this same problem only after 8 months. I returned mine and they replaced it.
